Let's get real for a moment. If you're here looking at a course on micro meditation, I'm going to guess you're somewhere near the beginning of your journey inward. Life is still ridiculously busy but you know you want to change. Don't freak out that there are 31 steps in this course - they're MICRO steps. As a coach I've had LITERALLY hundreds of people tell me they want to meditate but they 'can't'. They say they don't have time, can't do it correctly, can't still their minds, can't find a quiet place, it's boring....the list goes on. What I care about is you spending more time in the rest and digest branch of your nervous system. So I've dismantled meditation. I've stripped it back and in this short course, you'll learn about stress, behaviour change, neuroplasticity and I'm excited to introduce you to 'micro meditations' - a way to bring more calm to your farm without needing to spend big chunks of time in service to the meditation gods.
