Breath as medicine
I literally say this to my clients - your breath is your medicine.
It adapts, it meets you exactly where you are. It can change your life. Breathwork can be subtle or powerful, expansive, or it can take you deep inside.
Breathwork changes your physiology. The impact is immediate and you can access it in your day to day life, or come to session for a focused, intentional deep dive. Your experience will change each time you sit in breath, and that speaks to the nature of how much we change and are different in each moment.
As a guide, my role is to create a space where you feel safe to let go and follow. While I'll offer a guided session, I always encourage my clients to trust their own breath, their own instinct and intuition. It's remarkable at reaching the far corners we don't often see, or touch.

Inside a session (what to expect)
Each session is unique. I arrive different. You arrive different. Spending some time settling into the space, we begin with a few minutes of connection to see what might set you up for the best experience. Even though your playlist is done in advance, I take this time to make any adjustments.
then you life down and breathe. Typically, active breath will go for anywhere from 40 to 50 minutes. I'm with you the whole way, not watching you, but feeling into the energy, moving around the space as I feel called to, using instruments to add layers as needed.
Afterwards, as you migrate back to full consciousness, there is no rush. The integration, the quiet space that follows breath, is one of the most important and sacred moments of the session. There's space to talk through your experience if you're open to sharing, or you may like to journal, or simply take a few moments to ease back into your day.
