Breathwork
Finding your Self through breath
Why breath?
Partnering with a breathwork facilitator is a powerful way to learn more about your breath, how to breathe well, how to get access to the parts of you that you may not explore every day, and how to use it in small ways every day to change your mind.

Breath is like a magic lever. It not only changes your body, it also changes your mind - both physiologically and spiritually. It is the greatest tool for managing a busy world. It is the fastest way to change what is expressing in your body.

Alchemy!

Bee loves to host those on the spiritual path - intuitives, healers, mediums, mystics and others - in breath, where we access the other realms and deepen our connection using the breath. It is a powerful portal.

Prepare for your session
This is a special commitment to yourself. How you prepare before, and the space you hold after will have an impact on your total experience.

BEFORE
The day before, don't hit the booze. Doing deep breathwork with a queezy tummy is not nice. Further to that, alcohol lowers your energetic frequency and we're looking for high vibrations
It is recommended you don't eat for at least 2-3 hours before your session
Avoid stimulants including coffee (sorry), tea, ciggys, micro or macro dosing any substances
Wear your most comfy clothes. This is not a fashion event and the more comfortable you are, the more you can surrender
If you're a journaller, have your journal on hand for reflections

AFTER
Following your session, if you make plans, do your best to make them chill or with people you can totally relax with
Integration is like when you go to the gym and get the gains while you sleep - carve out quiet time, nature time, play time
Don't rush out to the next commitment. It is recommended you give yourself a buffer so that you don't kick back into 'action' mode and lose the magic you just crafted
