If you were to hold a magnifying glass up to your relationships - personal, professional, romantic - what would you find?

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, Bee has worked with over 1000 people in her career. When you spend that much time with people, you notice patterns. What she saw was a relationship between how well somebody was able to set boundaries, and their health.

You might think they're not related - one is a behaviour and the other is, well, your health. Ask yourself the question, what builds or informs your health? At least in part, its your choices and behaviours.
If we can agree that there is a connection, what do we do about it?

Bee dives into healthy boundaries and shares what they are, what it can look like if your boundaries are broken, what the cost of that is and how to clean up your perimeter.

A hopeful, strategic book that, like a good health coach, asks enough questions so that you can solve your own problems.

Health Coach's Guide to Healthy Boundaries is a life-changer if you're socially or professionally over-committing, not giving yourself enough down time, can't manage to find equality or peace in your relationships or you're on a mission to be the best you can.

Make your way through the book to the Workout Section towards the back, where you can make yourself a cuppa and explore your relationships, tendencies, habits and begin to build your own health boundary skills.

Fiona M, Melbourne

"I thoroughly enjoyed reading this concise, wisdom-filled book on the what, why and how of setting healthy boundaries. Bee shares examples of real-life patients she has coached, which helped me identify some unhealthy boundaries (alongside the work section at the back of the book), and inspired me to have the confidence to make some changes rather than stay stuck in procrastination and resentment."

Sharon C, Mornington

"The language examples Bee provides bridge the gap between theory and application, so was super helpful in motivating me to swing right into action to set some boundaries that had been loosey-goosey for far too long."

Jabe B, Port Melbourne

“I love Bee’s playful, engaging, down-to-earth and super knowledgeable writing style.

Healthy Boundaries is such a clever and insightful book. It’s full of relatable examples and case studies but the real gift for me was all the strategies Bee shares to help readers practice/implement healthy boundaries. I found that's the bit that I kept looking forward to finding in the text...it was like... ooh yeah that's totally me... how do I work with that?.. and Bee would always offer strategies/solutions.

Kylie P, Brisbane

"This book felt like one of those magazine articles you pick up but can’t put down. It’s as close as you could get to being ‘coached’ through healthy boundaries with Bee IRL!"
