For six incredible weeks, we'll convene to let breath guide us back to ourselves. You're here because you know you have spiritful gifts, or perhaps you have an inkling and you want to explore.
The Practice is an intimate 6-week journey designed for those who are ready to start leading their lives from deep, clear intuition. This is not a casual breath class—it’s a carefully held container for transformation and expansion.

When you do breathwork in a space held for intentional spiritful practice, you begin to experience what your access feels like. You nurture this innate ability and amongst the right supportive energy, you blossom.

This is not a 'super serious spiritual space', rather an intentional gathering with clarity about the way to breathe for expansion and connection, the design of the container to support your access and growth, and an 'on purpose' collection of souls expanding together.

Why breath?
My spirit gifts had lain dormant for much of my life - rising up from time to time before I squashed them back down for ease and 'safety'. After my first psychedelic plant journey I was cracked open - in the most magical, exciting and natural way. Those parts of me that had been stashed away like squirrel's nuts were pouring forward.

This felt exhilarating and right. But I didn't know how to harness what was coming up UNTIL I sat in my first breath class. In that space I had easeful access to the insights, the journeying, the channeling, mediumship, visions, you name it - it all came forward.
A fluke?
No.

Every single breath session has given me access. But I would look around the room each time and wonder...why is no-one else sharing similar experiences? Why aren't their arms waving around like a car sales ballon man? Because that's me, arms akimbo! That is part of my process. People tell me they feel chilled out, super relaxed or they even nod off. Nothing wrong with that - that's a win! But for those on the path, with the mind open and the heart centred, know there is more for you.

The space I hold is Spirit led. It is intentional. It is a container in which you can practice, get access and deepen your own connection to your spiritful parts, if that's the sort of thing you're looking for. If, like me, you want to feel part of something nourishing and aligned this is for you.

FAQs
Do I need to have breathwork experience?
Absolutely not! This program is open for all levels of breathwork experience, including none. Bee will teach you how to breathe, what happens in your body and set you up for success.
Are there any medical conditions that make this inappropriate or unsafe?
Yes. Deep and powerful breathwork is potent and may impact on some specific medical conditions. Please get medical clearance if you have or suspect any of the following: Cardiovascular issues, including but not limited to high blood pressure, angina, or recent heart surgery. Respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or lung disease (unless cleared by your doctor). Pregnancy (due to the intensity of certain techniques). Epilepsy or a history of seizures. Severe mental health conditions, including but not limited to schizophrenia or psychosis. Detached retina Recent major surgeries or injuries that could be exacerbated by physical activity. Any other condition that may be affected by intense breathing or movement (consult your healthcare provider if unsure).
I'm not spiritual - psychic or otherwise. Is this still appropriate for me?
At it's core, this is breathwork so you're most welcome, even if you're not on the spectrum (but just know you probably do have gifts). As long as you're comfortable with spiritual chat, you'll be fine.
How much time do I need to set aside outside of the breathwork sessions?
The sessions are your minimum commitment. Bee will recommend you have a daily breath practice and also incorporate time for daily reflection - but how much time you dedicate is up to you.
Will I have visions or receive messages during a breathwork session?
This will depend on a few things, including what you already have access to, how much you're able to release and elevate during our sessions. While I can't guarantee any certain outcome, I can set up the environment and run the sessions with this in mind. Every breath class is different and you're a different person every time you arrive. I know for sure we all have the gifts of intuition and even mediumship - how much our beliefs and habits let us access will be up to you!
Can breathwork support people who already do tarot, energy healing, or mediumship?
The design of this offering is a 'container' - that means that each and every person sitting in breath together will be contributing to the energy of the sessions. All of us are at different levels of expansion and access, but the higher the vibe of the tribe, the better for all. I love sitting with people who have already established connections and they often share tales of connections to their guides, ancestors or spirits in our breath sessions. Magic!
If I miss any classes can I make them up?
Sorry - this is a live container that is in real time. If you cannot make a class, there is no make up class option. I ask that you scan your calendar before signing up to ensure you maximise your experience.
How can breathwork enhance my intuitive abilities?
Several things happen when we use breathwork - depending on the session and breath style, we are able to quiet parts of the brain like the pre-frontal cortex, usually quite busy with planning. By quieting that, we can make 'come alive' the deeper parts of the brain where we are more likely to access intuition, deep feeling, expansion. The other key way that breath enables intuitive access is by teaching you how to adapt and regulate your autonomic nervous system. Essentially by being able to more readily access the parasympathetic, you simultaneously increase your vibration. The clearer the vibration, the better the access
Is breathwork safe for people with a history of trauma or dissociation?
All activating styles of breathwork come with indications and there are certainly people for whom it is not safe or appropriate. In this container, I will be holding space for people who meet the requirements when it comes to health and wellbeing. Dissociation, psychotic episodes, high risk mental health conditions will be guided away from this work. I believe all of us have trauma. If your trauma is chronic and complex, difficult to manage or unsafe and you are not working with a mental health expert, I will also recommend you find another group to explore breath with. While I have a decade of coaching experience, I have not done advanced training in trauma informed breath
What if I’m scared of what I might ‘see’ or feel during a breathwork session?
You are not alone! Especially if visioning is new and you're exploring your intuitive side for the first time. People report seeing lots of colours, full visions of places, people, events, the sensations of contact with other beings, altered sensations in their body. For someone who doesn't feel safe in their body, this can feel scary, alarming and unsafe. As a guide, my role is to walk people towards themselves. If the experience ever becomes stronger than you are comfortable with, I will teach you how to slow things down to return to your 'normal' state.
Can I become more intuitive or psychic just by breathing differently?
I'm not sure that I'd make the claim that breathwork can make you a psychic or intuitive. What I can say is that by creating altered states in your physical body, quieting and activating different parts of your brain, and coming in with the right intention, you're more likely to hear the whispers. You then get to choose what you listen to, what you believe, and what you trust
What do I need to bring to the sessions?
Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks will be supplied. You will receive a journal, which you're encouraged to bring to each session. You need to dress in layers for comfort and bring along a bottle of water. If you work with crystals or gems, or any other items that enhance your experience, you're welcome to bring them
