Since 2014, Bee has passionately coached hundreds of people who have reclaimed their health. She loves helping people find a way to enhance their resilience, be able to access calm at any time and most importantly, be tuned in and understand their bodies.

Your team are driven, determined, skilled and ambitious. But Bee has seen behind the curtain, and for most people, there is an undercurrent of stress that impacts their ability to be creative, to resolve issues, to adapt and to have endurance.

Bee wants to destigmatise the 'stress' part of this conversation because, if you have humans working with you, they're carrying some level of stress.
